西部地区冷链物流标准化体系建设研究

Research on the Western Region Cold Chain Logistics System Problems of Standardization

在人们对食品质量和对食品安全的要求不断提高的趋势下,如何建立一条稳定、独立、高效的农产品冷链物流体系已成为一个亟待解决的课题。推动冷链物流发展,提升我国冷链物流水平的一项重要内容,就是冷链物流标准化体系建设。文中基于我国冷链物流标准化组织和标准政策方面的特点及西部地区冷链物流标准化现状的分析,总结出西部地区冷链物流标准化建设存在的问题,最后提出建立西部地区标准化冷链物流体系的方法和思路。

Along with the rapid economic development of our country and people to improve food quality requirements under the trend of,cold chain logistics how to develop agricultural products has- become an urgent task. Cold- chain logistics standardization system is an important part to promote the development of cold chain logistics and enhance our level of cold chain logistics. Based on characteristics of the western region cold- chain logistics and cold chain logistics status of standardization,and standardization of analysis of the western region cold- chain logistics of importance and standardization of analysis of the western region cold- chain logistics problems and put forward ideas for future standardization.
