Discussion on Logistics Cost Management of Tobacco Business Enterprises

物流成本是企业竞争力和管理水平的重要指标,烟草商业企业费用控制的重点是物流成本。文中从烟草物流成本管理的重要意义谈起,对目前烟草商业物流成本管理中存在的问题进行了具体分析,并提出加强物流成本管理、降低物流成本的有效途径。

Logistics cost is an important index of the competitiveness of enterprises and the level of management,focus on the tobacco commercial enterprise cost control is the cost of logistics. This paper begins from the importance of tobacco logistics cost management,the tobacco business logistics cost management problems are analyzed,and puts forward the logistics cost management,an effective way to reduce logistics cost.
