摘要
条烟配送系统中,烟包的装箱、装车和运输是及其重要的一个环节。研究是在现有系统的基础上,研制了由主笼、副笼、专用笼车和堆解码机组成的装烟新系统,其主要特点是主副笼叠加使用或者单独使用能同时满足干线车和支线配送车的满载率(在主副笼叠加使用时,需要堆解码机进行堆解码),很大程度的提升烟草物流系统的效率,减少人员的投入,提高公司竞争力和客户满意度。
The distribution system,the smoke cigarette package packing,loading and transport is an important link. In this study,on the basis of the existing system,developed by the main cage,cage,cage and pile of decoding unit into a smoke in the new system,its main characteristic is the deputy cage superposition use or used alone can also satisfy the trunk line and the regional distribution of load factors（ vice cages stacked in the Lord,when using need to heap decoding machine decoding）. Greatly improve tobacco logistics system efficiency,reduce staff input,enhance the competitiveness of the company and customer satisfaction.
