金华市金东区居民调味品与烹调油消费调查

摘要 居民调味品和烹调油的消费情况与健康关系密切。高盐饮食是国际上公认的高血压危险因素[1]。脂类消费过多与肥胖[2]、糖尿病[3]、心脑血管系统疾病[4]、肿瘤[5]等慢性病的发生有关。我国幅员辽阔,居民饮食习惯区域差异较大。为因地制宜、科学指导居民健康饮食,2011年金东区按《中国居民营养与健康状况调查方案》开展了调味品与烹调油消费量调查。
