In this paper,through the research of different angles of the Marxism＇s Chinese analysis,it emphasizes that the analysis on combination of Marxism with Chinese reality has become the development trend,and the problem of this trend is analyzed. Under the perspective of modernization,the study on combination of Marxism with Chinese reality has great help to the development of the Marxism.
