应对全球视野之下的气候变化问题,中国的环境法研究可以从本土资源尤其是古典传统中汲取思想资源,发展以"天人合一"为核心理念的环境哲学,结合我国本土国情与发展限制构建具有我国特色的碳排放交易制度。同时积极关注本土的环境问题,实现中国环境法学研究的创新与突围。

Under the global response to climate change perspective,research on China＇s environmental law can get the local resource idea of ＂ the harmony between humannature＂ in classical tradition as the core concept of environmental philosophy,combined with China＇s national conditions and development of local restrictions to construct our national carbon emissions trading system,and pay attention to local environmental issues and achieve the innovation and breakthrough in China environmental law research.
