地方新建本科院校转型发展,既是适应外部经济社会转型发展的客观需要,也是内部加快高等教育发展的必然要求。师范专科学校升格的地方新建本科院校转型过程中存在着亟需解决的困境与矛盾。要走出困境,化解矛盾,应当加强转型发展的自信与自觉,落实相关应然举措。

The development of the newly - built university＇s transition should adapt to the development of society transition and economic transition and the development of higher education. This paper will discuss the issues which are to be solved in the process of running newly-buih universities. And it argued that the newly-buih universities should be confident and carry out effective measures in the transitional development.
