摘要
幼儿教师工作价值观是指幼儿教师基于对工作特征的主观认识和自身需要而形成的对自身工作的认识和评价。本研究通过问卷调查的方式,对15所幼儿园的400名幼儿教师的工作价值观进行调查发现:不同教龄的幼儿教师在工作价值观的职业发展、组织管理、人际关系的维度上存在显著差异;不同学历幼儿教师在职业发展、声望地位、人际关系、安全稳定、利他奉献维度上存在显著差异;总体而言,幼儿教师对于自身工作的价值持认可态度,其中,幼儿教师最为注重的是对于工作的利他奉献精神。
Preschool Teachers' Work Values refers to the understanding and evaluation of the work of kindergarten teachers. It is based on the subjective understanding of job characteristics and their own needs. This research utilizes questionnaire to study preschool teachers' work values. It takes 400 teachers from 15 kindergartens in Hebei Province as the research object. The study concludes that teachers with different seniority levels have marked differences in their professional development, organizational management and interpersonal relationship; preschool teachers with different educational backgrounds have significant difference in professional development, prestige and status, altruism and dedication, interpersonal relationship, the security and stability. Overall, kindergarten teachers hold recognition towards the value of their work. They give most attention to the altruistic dedication.
