摘要
《四川省示范性普通高中评估实施细则》对教师队伍建设提出了新的要求,这是农村普通高中教师教育队伍建设新的努力方向。面对农村普通高中创建省级示范性高中在教师队伍建设方面存在着的教职工配备比例严重不达标、高层次教师严重缺乏、教师专业化内涵式发展任务艰巨等挑战,本文主要从教育理念、高学历教师培养、环境建设三个方面对农村教师发展提出了具体的建议。
The new requirements of the construction of teachers’ team put forward by The De-tailed Rules f or the Implementation of Assessment of the Model H igh School in Sichuan Province make clear what we should do . But rural ordinary high school which wants to create a provincial mod -el high school has some challenge in the aspect of teachers’ team construction : Faculty with proportion seriously not up to standard , lack of high-level teachers , difficult task about connotative development of teachers’ specialization . This article mainly gives some concrete suggestions for the development of rural general high school teachers on the idea of education , cultivating high-level teachers and environ-mental construction three aspects .
