重点高中教师职业倦怠的成因分析研究——以汉阳一中为例

Analysis of Causes of Job Burnout of Teachers from Key High Schools——a Case Study of Hanyang No.1 High School

职业倦怠是一种影响工作效率和工作质量的心理状态。为了解重点高中教师职业倦怠的成因,笔者运用问卷调查、访谈等研究方法对武汉市蔡甸区汉阳一中教师的身心健康现状进行了研究。数据表明:该校很多教师感到压力大,幸福指数低,面临着一定的身心健康问题。造成重点高中教师职业倦怠的原因来自多个方面,包括社会、学校和教师自身。

Job burnout is a mental state that undermines the efficiency and quality of one’s work . In an attempt to find out the causes of job burnout of teachers from key high schools , this study analyzes the mental state of teachers from Wuhan Caidian Distric Hanyang No . 1 High School , based on data collected from surveys and interviews . It is found that many teachers in this school have some mental health problems such as stress in work and depression in life . The causes come from the society , the school and the teachers themselves .
