电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定头发中的微量元素

Determination of Trace Metal Elements in Hair by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)测定人发中 Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn、Pb 五种微量元素含量的分析方法.选择了最优的分析谱线,对每种元素建立了标准曲线,相关系数 r 均大于0.999,且每种元素的检出限都很低,样品的加标回收率为94.6%~103.1%,精密度好,5种元素的相对标准偏差(RSD,n =5)在0.65%~1.52%之间,用国家标准参考物质进行方法的准确度校正,结果准确可靠. The method was established for the determination of five trace elements including Ca,Fe,Cu,Zn and Pb in human hair by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES). The optimal analysis spectral lines were selected and the standard curves were established for every element in this method,the correlation coefficients r were larger than 0. 999. The method had low detection limits,and the recoveries of the elements were in the range of 94. 6% - 103. 1% . The method had good precision and the RSD(n = 5)in the range of 0. 65%- 1. 52% . The accuracy of the method was confirmed by the analysis of certified standard reference materials and the results showed the proposed method was accurate and reliable.
