战略联盟:开放大学发展的新路径

Strategic Alliance: New Approach to Developing Open University

开放大学在我国是一个全新领域,需要通过资源共享、互惠互利的战略联盟形式提升自身办学能力和水平。作者在总结美国大学联合会经验的基础上,分析我国开放大学的发展特点,提出在开放大学中构建战略联盟的策略及相关保障措施。

The Open University is a total novelty in China, and it is urgent to enhance its own strength. For this end, this paper fi rstly summarizes experiences of American Alliance of Universities, then analyzes development characteristics of the Open University in China, and fi nally proposes strategic alliance as the alternative. The paper points out that this alliance shall be constructed on the basis of resources sharing and mutual benefi t. The paper also puts forward some measures to build and safeguard this alliance.
