乌灵胶囊与黛力新干预考前焦虑的临床疗效评价

Curative effect evaluation of Wuling capsules and deanxit on anxiety disorder before test

目的对比评价乌灵胶囊与黛力新干预考前焦虑的临床疗效和药物对个体能力正常发挥的影响及安全性。方法从即将参加2011年本市中、高考的初三、高三学生中选择116例为研究对象,Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分≥50分,随机将其分为2组,乌灵胶囊组58例,给予乌灵胶囊3粒/次,3次/d饭后口服;黛力新组58例,每日上午口服黛力新1片。两组均连续用药6周。结果乌灵胶囊组与黛力新组在治疗前、后SAS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗6周后,两组总有效率分别为79%和76%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),乌灵胶囊组22例考生用药后月考成绩名次有所提高,与黛力新组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前后血、尿常规,肝、肾功能,心电图等均未见异常。结论乌灵胶囊干预考前焦虑疗效满意,安全性高,对个体能力正常发挥没有影响,可推荐为考前焦虑的常用药物。

Objective To compare and evaluate the effect and safety of Wuling capsules and deanxit on anxiety disorder before test on physical functions. Methods 116 subjects were chosen from grade 3 students in high school and senior high school who were facing 2011 entrance examination and collage entrance examination, according to the marks of Zung anxiety self-assessments（SAS） 〉50 points,these students were sorted into two groups randomly ,58 ex perimental subjects of Wuling group had three Wuling capsules after meal three times daily ; the experimental subjects of deanxit group had 1 pill deanxit once daily in the morning. Two groups were treated for 6 weeks. Results There was significant difference in SAS marks of Wuling group and deanxit group before and after treatment（ P 〈0. 01 ）. After 6 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups were 79% and 76% respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with deanxit group ,22 experimental subjects involved in Wuling group improved in the month examination（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Before and after treatment, the results of all the physical function tests like blood and urine routine examinations, liver and kidney function tests and electrocardiogram were normal. Conclusion Using Wuling capsules to treat anxiety neurosis is safe and shows no effects on physical functions, can be recommended as the first choice to treat anxiety neurosis before examinations.
