目的探讨临床药师对冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者的药学监护模式。方法通过参与诊疗,建立有效的医患沟通,有针对性地对患者进行用药指导。结果通过对冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者实施个体化用药方案的设计与监护,可避免潜在的药物治疗风险。结论专科的药学监护提高了临床治疗效果和患者用药依从性。

Objective To study the pharmaceutical care model of a patient with unstable angina pectoris by clinical pharmacists, Methods The targeted medication guide was carried out on the patient according to participating in treatment and the establishment of effective doctor-patient communication. Results The implementation of individual dosage regimen design and monitoring can avoid the potential risk of medication for patients with unstable angina pectories. Conclusion Specialized pharmaceutical care can improve the clinical effect and patient medication complialice.
