摘要
提出一种加固砌体结构墙体新技术。该技术通过在砌筑墙体内合理位置长距离竖向和横向钻孔、穿钢筋、注浆,形成类似构造柱和圈梁的约束杆件,增强了墙体延性和砌体结构整体性,使砌体结构抗震性能有较大提高,而且有效地减少住户的租房时间和搬迁范围,加快施工速度,降低施工造价。该技术可广泛用于砌体结构建筑中各种砌筑墙体的加固。
In this paper, a new type of strengthening technology is presented. By drilling vertically and horizontally, placing steel bar and grouting in the rational position of masonry wall, a constraint frame which includes the core column and the hidden ring beam is formed. It is concluded that the constraint frame could enhance the ductility of the wall; improve the integrity and seismic performance of the structure, and reduce the moving time and the moving range during the course of strengthening the residential masonry structure. This technology could accelerate the construction speed and reduce the construction cost, and can be widely used for strengthening the wall in the masonry structure.
