摘要
达克罗涂层具有良好的耐蚀性、耐热腐蚀性,无氢脆,生产过程无污染等突出的优点,在金属防护领域得到广泛应用。但传统达克罗涂层中的Cr6+污染、不耐酸碱和抗刮伤能力差、固化温度高能耗大等缺陷,成为达克罗亟待解决的问题。本研究介绍了达克罗涂层的特点、防腐蚀机理及发展,概述了无铬达克罗、性能改进型达克罗、达克罗新型固化技术等方面的研究现状,通过铬酐的无机、有机替代物选择或复配,引入SiO2等纳米微粒改性,与有机涂层的配套使用,采用加热效率高的固化技术等举措,有望获得综合性能优良的达克罗涂层。
Dacromet coating have been widely used in the field of metal corrosion for their excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, no hydrogen embrittlement and pollution-free production process. However, traditional Dacromet coating are still facing some urgent problem need to be solved, such as Cr^6 + pollution, poor acid and alkali resistance, low resistance to scratching, highly consumption of energy at curing process and so on. In this paper, firstly, Dacromet coating' s characteristics, anticorrosion mechanism and evolution were introduced. Moreover, the research status of non-chromate Dacromet, modified Dacromet, new curing technology etc were also overviewed. These research have shown that good comprehensive performance Dacromet coating can be obtained by using inorganic, organic or their compound to replace the chromic anhydride, doping the nanoparticles (such as SiO2 ), matching with organic coating, using the highly heating efficiency curing technology.
