摘要
裕固族地区的牧业生产在今天面临着水源枯竭、草质退化、草场沙化等诸多危机,人们在当地生活不得不面对这一严峻的现实,使得裕固族的民族文化也一直处于变迁之中。本文就以甘肃省肃南裕固族自治县康乐乡为例,以笔者采录的第一手资料为依据,从居住文化和饮食文化两个方面分析裕固族传统社会文化变迁的原因,就存在的相关问题进行思考,为裕固族地区的可持续发展提供一点建议。
Stock raising in Yugur area today is confronted with many problems ,such as absence of water ,deterioration of grass and grassland desertification .This is a fact that the local people have to face , which results in a series of changes in Yugur society .This paper , based on the firsthand information of the writer , taking the Kangle township in Sunan Yugur Autonomy County as an example , mainly analyses the reasons of social changes both in residential and cooking culture of Yugur area .It means to put forward some advice for sustainable development in Yugur area according to the existing relevant problems .
