摘要 介绍了电容分压器元件电气连接结构的发展过程,阐述了各种元件电气连接结构的特点、电气性能和加工特性。重点指出无元件引线的电容分压器产品在近几年的应用和发展,对于提高生产过程自动化程度有明显的优势,将是电容分压器元件电气连接结构的发展方向。同时,对于一些特殊用途的电容分压器,铝箔凸出焊接的元件电气连接方式也是一种可以尝试的新型结构。 In this paper, the development of electrical connection structure of capacitive vohage divider is introduced.The feature, electrical performance and manufacturing characteristic of various electrical connection structures are described.It is pointed emphatically that the capacitive voltage divider without element lead applied and developed in recent years has distinct superiority to improve the manufacturing process automation level,and it is the developing trend of the electrical connection structure of capacitive voltage divider. Meanwhile, for special application, the electrical connection of the component by aluminum foil protruding welding is also a new type of structure which can be tried.
