摘要
长期以来,因为没有防护电容器的标准,作为抑制电力系统冲击过电压的防护电容器一直参照并联电容器的标准进行设计和试验。文中通过对2种电容器安装使用条件、保护措施和工作特性的对比分析,认为并联电容器标准对防护电容器并不适用,可以采用耦合电容器的标准。另外提出了需要注意的2个问题,对防护电容器的安全运行具有帮助作用。
Since the absence of particular standard, the design and testing procedure of voltage protection capacitors, which is used to suppress the impulse overvoltage in power system, has to refer to the standard of shunt capacitors in a long term.In this paper, the comparative analysis of these two kinds of capacitors is made at the aspects of installation location conditions, protection measures and operation characteristics.It is shown that the standard of shunt capacitor standard is not applicable to the voltage protection capacitor,whilet the standard of coupling capacitor can be adopted. Moreover, two issues to be paid attention are proposed, which is helpful in safe operation of voltage protection capacitor.
