摘要
中世纪王权与商人的结盟使伦敦城成为伦敦发展的内核,此后伦敦围绕该内核形成了地域范围与人口的不断扩张态势。但直到工业革命后很久,伦敦才逐步形成了"双层政府管理体制",并且大都市区政府获得了越来越多的权力。伦敦都市圈在公共产品与服务的提供中还非常重视发挥私人资本的作用。
The alliance of royalty and businessmen of the Middle Ages has made the city of London become the core of London. Around this core has grown London＇s geographical range and population. But the formation of the double government management system was long after the industrial revolution, and the Metropolitan Government received more and more power. London metropolitan area also pays attention to play the role of the private capital in providing public products and services.
