山西高新区群结构体系的构建与实现路径研究

A Research on Construction and Implementation Path of the Structures System of High-tech Zone Agglomerations

高新区群结构体系是由不同发育程度、不同规模、不同等级、不同行政隶属关系、不同空间区位的多个高新区,通过各种知识流、信息流、要素流等有机耦合而成的空间聚合体和综合集群体。文章立足于实施创新驱动山西转型综改的全局和长远,研究探讨基于山西转型综改的高新区群结构体系的构建与实现路径,进而实现全省域高新区群雁阵梯次布局和网络化协同创新。

The structures system of high-tech zone agglomerations are the spatial and synthetic polymers coupled organically by high- tech zone agglomerations with different development degrees, scale, grades, political relationship, spatial locations through various flows of knowledge, information and key element etc.. Based on the overall situation and long-term of innovation driving to the transformation and comprehensive reform of Shanxi, the construction and implementation path of the structures system of high-tech zone agglomerations are studied, and then the echelon layout and collaborative innovation of high-tech zone agglomerations are realized.
