This paper gives a in-depth analysis of the connotation of integration of industrialization and informatization and the mechanism of resource-based region transformation promotion,and it analyzes the status,problems and causes of national resources- based economic reform area in Shanxi.It proposes ideas and approaches from enterprise, industry, and region for resource-based areas to promote integration of industrialization and informatization,providing reference and inspiration to integration of industrialization and informatization for the same areas.
