摘要
本研究以某二本院校近三年参加工作的3名女性硕士研究生为个案研究对象,试图回答以下三个问题:1)新手英语教师的主要教学信念是什么?2)其教学信念是怎样支撑教学实践的,是否在课堂教学实践中得到了体现?3)新手教师的专业发展困惑是什么?研究结果显示:高学历的新手教师有较为先进的教学理念,但其教学信念还不成熟、缺乏系统化,某些信念不能很好地体现在课堂教学实践中。他们在教师专业身份建构和不良情绪管理方面存在较大困惑。
This study chose three women novice English teachers who have worked for nearly three years in the same local college as the research object, trying to answer the following three questions: 1) What are novice English teachers' teaching beliefs? 2) How do their teaching beliefs support the teaching practice? Are their teaching beliefs performed in the classroom teaching practice? 3) What are the novice English teachers confused about in the professional development? The results show that the highly educated novice teachers have advanced teaching concept, but their teaching beliefs are immature and unsystematic, some faith cannot be well reflected in the classroom teaching practice. They are confused about teachers' professional identity and bad mood management.
