摘要
文章用ISO9000标准的基本管理思路和原则入手,结合中国北车集团大同电力机车有限责任公司的实践经验,对国有企业开展党建管理体系建设工作的意义、以及目前所面临的问题进行了分析,对开展党建管理体系建设的方向和新举措进行了研究。
In this paper, the basic IS09000 standard management ideas and principles, combining with China CNR Datong Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. of practical experience, the significance of state-owned enterprises to carry out the work of party building management system, and the problems currently faced by the analysis, the direction and new initiatives undertaken the construction of party building management systems were studied.
