摘要
为了探究BC干粉抑制汽油蒸汽爆炸的效果研究,以93#汽油为例,在220 L爆炸罐内开展抑爆实验。通过时间继电器调节点火延迟时间,控制干粉在在油气爆燃转爆轰阶段喷射,以油气爆炸的最大爆炸压力、压力上升速率以及爆炸能量作为抑爆效果的衡量指标。实验结果表明:不同BC干粉浓度存在一个相同的最佳点火延迟时间为20 ms;BC干粉的最佳抑爆质量浓度在0.455 g/L左右,可以将油气的爆炸压力削减31.3%。
To explore the effect of study BC powder gasoline vapor explosion suppression to No. 93 gasoline, for example, carried out in the 220L tank explosion explosion suppression experiments.
