当下,煤炭企业遇到了前所未有的"寒冬",在应对当前宏观经济中速增长、煤炭市场低迷不振、煤炭价格持续下滑的严峻形势下,职工的安全意识、法规意识、经济效益意识、防微杜渐意识等亟待提高,同时也对女工家属安全协管工作提出了新的课题,作为安全管理"润滑济"的女工家属安全协管工作,在新形势下,要创新女工家属安全协管工作方法,不是安全管理出现问题后进行"帮教"为主,而应该做到事前协助企业广大员工树立各种安全意识,为企业分忧,为职工分忧,从而开创女工家属安全协管工作新局面。
