An Analysis on the Factors Influencing the Training of Henan Middle School Core P. E. Teachers

本文通过运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计和系统分析法,对河南省中学体育骨干教师在受训过程中的一些影响因素进行分析,并针对培训中存在的问题提出相应的对策,以期能为河南省中学体育教育事业的发展提供服务与帮助。

With the methods of literature, investigation, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and systems, this paper analyses the factors influencing the training process among the core teachers of P.E. at middle schools in Henan Province and points out countermeasures to the problems in the training process, so as to offer service and help to the development of Physical Education at middle schools.
