教师专业化视域下高校体育教师文化素养的探析

摘要 本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、归纳法对教师专业化视域下高校体育教师素养进行了思考与分析。结论表明:在教师专业化视域下,高校体育教师文化素养是一个动态发展的复杂过程,在这个过程中需要多种文化知识隐性素质与其个人技术、组织能力、科研能力、创新能力、收集信息能力等显性素质,才能突出人格魅力,技术魅力,面对不同的教学对象,灵活运用多种体育教学模式,成功地组织体育课。 This article analyses college P.E. teachers' cultural literacy under the horizon of teacher professionalization with the methods of literature material, logic analysis and induction. Results are that: under the horizon of teachers' professionalization, college P.E. teachers' cultural literacy is a complex process of dynamic development, which can highlight their personality charm and technique charm with hidden quality of multiple cultural knowledge and dominant qualities of individual techniques, organizational ability, research ability, innovation ability, ability to collect information, and so on; facing different teaching objects, P.E. teachers can organize physical education classes successfully with flexible physical education teaching modes.
