托吡酯联合静灵口服液治疗抽动障碍患儿效果分析

Curative effect of topiramate combined with Jingling oral liquid treating tic disorder in children

目的：探讨托吡酯联合静灵口服液治疗抽动障碍患儿的效果。方法选取2011年1月至2012年12月温州医科大学附属慈溪医院抽动障碍患儿90例，按照入院顺序将其分为对照组和治疗组，各45例。对照组采用托吡酯进行治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用静灵口服液。采用耶鲁评分表（ YGTSS）和注意力缺陷多动障碍量表（ ADHD）评价2组治疗效果。结果治疗组患儿治疗后运动抽动、发声抽动、功能受损程度、抽动总分评分均低于对照组，组间差异均有统计学意义[（8．6±2．8）分比（11．4±3．6）分、（3．0±1．3）分比（4．6±2．9）分、（8±3）分比（11±5）分、（10±4）分比（13±4）分，均P＜0．01]；注意力缺陷、多动冲动、ADHD总分评分均低于对照组[（9±3）分比（12±5）分、（4．2±1．9）分比（6．8±2．7）分、（14±5）分比（18±7）分，均P＜0．01]；治疗组总有效率为88．9％（40/45），明显高于对照组的66．7％（30/45），组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论托吡酯联合静灵口服液治疗抽动障碍患儿可明显降低YGTSS和ADHD评分，疗效优于单用托吡酯。

Objective To observe the effects of topiramate combined with Jingling oral liquid on tic dis-order （ TD） in children .Methods Ninety patients of TD were equally divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given topiramate and the treatment group was given additional Jingling oral liquid . The Yale Global Tic Severity Scale（YGTSS） and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD）scale evaluating the curative effect between the two groups was evaluated .Results The scores for motion tic, sounding tic, dam-age degree of function and the total score of tic in the treatment group after treatment were much lower than those in the control group[（8.6 ±2.8）scores vs （11.4 ±3.6） scores,（3.0 ±1.3）scores vs （4.6 ±2.9） scores,（8 ± 3）scores vs （11 ±5） scores,（10 ±4）scores vs （13 ±4） scores, all P〈0.01].The scores of attention defect , hyperactivity and total score of tic in the treatment group after treatment were much lower than those in the control group [（9 ±3）scores vs （12 ±5） scores,（4.2 ±1.9）scores vs （6.8 ±2.7） scores,（14 ±5）scores vs （18 ± 7） scores, all P〈0.01].The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9%（40/45）, which was higher than that in the control group [66.7%（30/45）]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Topiramate in combination with Jing-ling oral liquid for treating tic disorder can reduce the scores of YGTSS and ADHD .
