摘要
主要介绍了氨合成塔内件更换为DC-C型φ2000后,为了提高氨产量及降低能耗而实施的一系列改造优化措施,优化后氨产量提高,节电效果明显,达到并超过了设计能力,运行情况良好。
The paper mainly introduces transforming optimization measures in order to improve ammonia production and reduce energy consumption after internals of ammonia converter are replaced for the DC-C type φ2 000, after optimization, ammonia production increases, save electricity effect obviously, which reaches even exceeds design capability, operational aspect in good condition.
