摘要
泰勒原理以明确的行为目标为基点,以评价目标实现与否为终点,实现了对教育过程及个体发展全方位的、封闭化的、线性的控制,为课程理论的发展做出了巨大贡献,但是这种预设的、工具主义的、具有决定论和元叙事思想的课程编制模式在时代发展中的弊端也逐渐凸显。教育工作者要全面、客观、公正地认识泰勒原理,将其与我国文化背景和时代精神相结合,才不至于沦为他国的课程实验室。
Taylor principle achieved a comprehensive ,closed and linear control of the process of education and individual de-velopment with a clear goal as the starting point and evaluation of target as the end and made a great contribution to the develop-ment of curriculum theory ,but the prospective ,instrumental ,determinism and meta-narrative curriculum development mode has produced disadvantages gradually in the development of times.Only teaching staff cognized Taylor principle comprehensively ,ob-jectively and justly with the China’s cultural background and the spirit of the times ,we are not going to become other country ’s course laboratory.
