留日中国护士职业发展过程的质性研究 被引量:8

Career development process of Chinese nursing students in Japan:a qualitative research

摘要 目的探讨留日中国护士的职业发展过程及影响因素。方法应用日本学者木下康仁的修正版扎根理论研究方法,对10名留日中国护士进行访谈,访谈资料用质的归纳性持续比较法分析。结果留日中国护士职业发展过程分3个阶段9个主题。留学前:1职业困惑;2自我开拓的学习。留学中:3学习课题的确定;4强烈的求知欲和机会的连锁;5学问的升华;6对护理职业认知的转变;7自我实现意识的萌芽;8对中国护理的审视。留学后:9为中国护理的发展贡献力量。结论上述结果为我国护士提供了自我职业发展的启示。 Objective To describe the process and influence factors of career develop- ment of Chinese nursing students in Japan. Methods The modified grounded theory approach developed by Kinoshita Yasuhito was adopted in this study. Ten Chinese nursing students in Japan were interviewed. Data were analyzed by using comparative analysis of continuous induction. Results Three stages and nine themes in career development of Chinese nursing students in Japan were extracted. They experienced confusion in career development and pursuing self study before study abroad,as well as determination of learning tasks,strong desire for knowledge and opportunities,sublimation of knowledge, change in the attitudes toward nursing profession,germination of self-ful- fillment awareness and reflection on the development of Chinese nursing during study abroad,and contribution to the development of Chinese Nursing after they finished the study abroad. Conclusion The results provide significant enlightenment for Chinese nurses in career development.
