护理单元绩效评价要素的质性研究

A qualitative study on nursing unit performance appraisal system

目的探讨和分析医院绩效管理和护理管理专家对护理单元绩效评价的理解和认知,确定护理单元绩效评价基本要素。方法以质性研究的方法为指导,对四川省3家三级甲等综合医院14名专家进行深入访谈。结果共提炼出工作量、工作质量、工作难易程度、工作效率、工作效益以及专业发展6个要素。结论形成了护理单元绩效评价要素的基本框架,为后续开展量性、实证研究提供了依据和参考。

Objective To understand the opinions of administrators on the performance appraisal of nursing units and to determine the basic elements of nursing unit performanceappraisal system. Methods Fourteen experts from three tertiary level general hospitals participated in a semi-struc- tured in-depth interview. Results Six core elements were extracted,including workload,work quality,work difficulty, work efficiency,work benefit and professional development. Conclusion The core elements of nursing unit perfor- mance appraisal system provides a framework for further quantitative studies.
