群众路线视角下的服务型政党建设问题分析

The Development of the Service-oriented Party in the Perspective of People-orientation

党的十八大报告中首次提出要"建设服务型的马克思主义执政党"的概念,建设服务型政党有着充分的理论依据和现实意义。当前在建设服务型政党中存在着服务意识淡薄,缺乏健全的服务型政党建设的长效机制,群众工作方法落后等问题。因此建设服务型政党需要党员干部始终贯彻群众路线,树立服务意识;健全完善服务制度,实现服务的制度化、规范化和常态化;提高做好新形势下群众工作的能力。

The report for the 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China refers to the concept ＂Developing a serviceoriented Marxist Ruling Party＂ for the first time. Developing such a party has sufficient theoretical basis and practical significance. Currently, in the development of the Party, there exist such problems as weak service consciousness, lack of a sound long-term mechanism of Party building, and backward working methods. So the development of a service-oriented party requires its members and leaders as follows： to carry out the Mass Line （People-orientation） and to establish a sense of service; to perfect the service system; and to improve working ability.
