摘要
市场经济的高速发展带来的人才竞争压力不断增强,大学生在其成长过程中遇到的挫折也越来越多。因此,在前人研究的基础上,进一步总结争归纳挫折教育的含义、加强大学生挫折教育的必要性和意义、大学生面临的主要挫折类型以及大学生挫折教育的措施,从而更好地促进大学生自身的成人成才,促进和谐高校的构建和社会的可持续发展。
With the rapid development of market economy and growing pressure of talent competition, university students come across more and more frustration in their development. So, based on＇ the previous studies, it is essential to further analyze and sum up the meaning of setback education, the necessity and significance of reinforcing setback education, the main types of their frustration and measures, so as to better promote their individual development, development of harmonious universities and sustainable development of the society.
