摘要 科尔伯格认为人的道德发展是经历一个有阶段的发展过程,各个道德发展阶段是交叉混合、由低级向高级发展的一种趋势。这一理论对当前我国大、中学校德育衔接具有重要启示。借鉴道德发展阶段理论的合理思想,根据学生心理发展规律和思想品德发展规律,使德育目标得以分层递进、德育内容得以循序渐进、德育工作体系得以整体推进,将有助于实现大、中学校德育的有效衔接。 Kohlberg thinks that people's ethical development is a developing process with phases: each stage turns to a mixing and combining trend from low to high levels. This theory has an important enlightenment for the link of moral education between high schools and universities in China at present. Using its rational thoughts for reference, according to the students" psychological and ethical development laws, it will help to effectively gap the moral education between high schools and universities so as to achieve the education target by grading progressively, to enhance the educational content step by step and to advance the work system of moral education on the whole.
