The development of new media technology brings opportunities and challenges for university ideological and political work. In this new situation, if the inter-subjectivity principle is neglected, it will bring a series of weakness and shortcomings to such work. Therefore, under the new media perspective, it is essential to establish humanistic target, lifestyle content, interactive method and scientific evaluation of the inter-subjectivity working mode is the inevitable trend for college ideological and political faculty to change their concepts, as well as the necessary requirement and effective way for them to do a good job.
