摘要
聘任制是一种新型的人事管理制度,目前已在高职院校辅导员队伍中广泛使用。根据聘任制高职辅导员队伍面临的职业现状,要构建聘任制辅导员心理契约管理的有效办法,必须找准角色定位,完善聘任制辅导员的管理机制;针对辅导员岗位描述,改善辅导员的知识结构,建立科学的工作体系。此外,还应建立有效的心理契约互动模式,提高辅导员职业忠诚度。
Appointed Employment, as a new kind of personnel management system, is now widely used among the counselor teams in higher vocational institutes. According to the present occupational situations of this group, in order to create effective means of Psychological Contract administration, it is essential to do the following: accurately determine the role of counselors ; improve the administrative mechanism of appointed counselors; clearly describe counselor's positions and perfect their knowledge structure; establish a scientific work systems; in addition, build an effective interactive model of psychological agreement in order to promote their professional loyalty.
