SRAP技术在植物遗传育种中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 相关序列扩增多态性以其多态性、重复性、稳定性较高,易于操作分析、高共显性、易于分离条带及测序等优点,在植物遗传育种中得到十分广泛的应用。分析SRAP标记的原理、特点,对其在重要性状的基因定位与克隆、QTL作图、遗传图谱构建、种质资源鉴定等方面的应用进行总结,并展望其在植物遗传育种上的应用前景,以促进SRAP技术的应用推广。
