顶空气相色谱法测定化妆品中的多种卤代烃 被引量:2

摘要 也目的页建立化妆品中7种卤代烃的气相色谱分析方法。也方法页应用DB-1毛细管色谱柱,采用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)-顶空气相色谱法测定化妆品中的二氯甲烷、1,1-二氯乙烷、1,2-二氯乙烯、三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯。也结果页方法最低检出浓度为0.99~2.97μg/g,二氯甲烷﹑1,1-二氯乙烷﹑1,2-二氯乙烯﹑三氯甲烷﹑1,2-二氯乙烷﹑三氯乙烯﹑四氯乙烯的线性范围分别为0.097 0~0.970 0﹑0.072 0~0.504 0﹑0.065 3~0.653 0﹑0.106 7~0.746 9﹑0.101 0~1.010 0﹑0.097 0~0.970 0﹑0.099 0~0.990 0μg/mL,相对标准偏差为1.83%~6.80%。也结论页顶空气相色谱法操作简便、快速,灵敏度高,方法线性好,结果准确可靠。 Objective:Establish a new method by gas chromatography to detection 7 kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons in cosmetics.Methods: application of DB-1 capillary chromatographic column, and FID-headspace gas chromatography to determine dichloromethane, 1,1-dichloroethane, 1,2-dichloroethylene,trichloromethane,1,2-dichloroethane,trichloroethylene,tetrachlorocthylene in cosmetics.Results:Method of the minimum detectable concentration is between 0.99-2.97 μg/g.The linear ranges of dichloromethane, 1,1-dichloroethane, 1,2-dichloroethylene,trichloromethane, 1,2-dichloroethane,trichloroethylene,tetrachloroethylene were 0.097 0-0.970 0,0.072 0-0.504 0,0.065 3-0.653 0,0.106 7-0.746 9,0.101 0-1.010 0, 0.097 0-0.970 0,0.099 0-0.990 0 μg/mL.Relative standard deviation was 1.83%-6.80%.Conclusion:The advantages of headspace gas chromatography was simple, rapid, high sensitivity, linear, accurate and reliable.
