摘要
金山气田泉头组、登娄库组和营城组地层富含水敏性泥页岩,在钻井过程中经常发生垮塌、卡钻、井漏、扩径和泥包钻头等复杂情况。针对该区块的地质特性和钻井要求,在处理剂的优选实验和邻井成熟体系配方的基础上,研制了一种以聚胺FB40为抑制剂、KFT和JS-9为防塌剂的强抑制防塌钻井液,并进行了性能评价。室内实验结果表明,该钻井液体系具有流变性能良好、抑制性强、滤失量低、防塌效果显著和滤饼质量优良的特点。在梨6-6HF井的现场应用中,钻井液性能稳定,无垮塌现象,起下钻、电测和下套管作业无遇阻,很好地满足了现场钻井施工的需要。
In Jinshan gas field,the content of mud shale is high in the Quantou Formation,Denglouku Formation and Yingcheng Formation.Sloughing hole,pipe-stuck,lost circulation,hole enlargement and bit balling were always encountered in drilling operation.On base of additive selection experiments and neighboring well sophisticated formulation,the high inhibitive and anti-sloughing drilling fluid was developed by using Polyamine FB40 as inbibitor,KFT and JS-9 as anti-sloughing agent in accordance with geological characteristics and drilling requirements,and the properties were evaluated.Experimental results show that this drilling fluid system has the advantages of good rheologic property,high inhibitive effect,low filter loss,significant anti-sloughing performance and excellent filtrate cake quality.In the field application on Li 6-6HF well,the drilling fluid had shown steady performance,no sloughing hole occurred,and no obstruction were encountered during tripping in and out,electrical logging and casing installation,thereby satisfied the requirements of drilling operation.
