摘要
电共轭液是一种智能液体,当两电极接上直流高压,电极之间将形成非均匀电场,在非均匀电场的作用下,电共轭液从阳极流向阴极,产生射流.但是驱动电压过高,限制了它的应用.介绍了电共轭液的制备方法,它是由分子末端带烷基的酯类化合物、含5~10个碳原子的烃基化合物以及添加剂组成;它在25℃的动力黏度在2.5 ×10-1~7.5·10-1Pa·s之间变化;导电率在5.5×10-10~2.0×10-6S/m之间变化,性质稳定、均匀、较低大幅度地降低了驱动电压,其驱动电压在4~5.5 kV,腐蚀程度小于0.046 mg/cm2,可用于多种领域,特别是仿生微手指、人工肌肉、液态陀螺仪等.
The electro-conjugate fluid is a dielectric fluid that works as a smart fluid,generating a powerful jet flow (ECF jet) when subjected to a high DC voltage.But the driving voltage is so high that limit its application.The preparation of electro-conjugate fluid was introduced,which includes ester compounds with alkyl,hydrocarbon compounds containing 5 ~ 10 carbon atoms and additives.In addition,its kinetic viscosity varies from 2.5 × 10-4 to 7.5 × 10-1 Pa · s and conductivity changes from 5.5c × 10-10 to 2.0 × 10-6 S/m at 25 ℃.The electro-conjugate fluid has many advantages,such as stable properties,uniform,low driving voltage which changes in 4 ~5.5 kV and corrosion degree that less than 0.046 mg/cm2.So it can be used in varieties areas,especially the micro bionic fingers,artificial muscle,liquid gyroscope and so on.
