摘要
采用阴离子交换法合成了对氨基苯磺酸(AB)插层水滑石组装超分子,主要对插层组装条件(pH值、反应时间、物质量之比)进行优化,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热分析(TG-DTA)等现代分析测试手段对水滑石组装超分子的结构和热性能进行研究.结果表明,当pH =4、AB与水滑石理论交换容量的摩尔比为1.5、90℃反应3h时,可将AB成功地插层到水滑石层间,层间距从0.76 nm增大至1.55 nm.插层水滑石呈片状结构,并且片层表面粗糙、不规则.此外,热失重主要集中在260~ 590℃范围内,最终的残余率约为40%.
Amino benzoate-pillared hydrotalcite was synthtised with the ion-exchange method.The intercalation conditions including the pH values,the reaction time and the molar ratio were optimized.The structure and thermal properties of the pillared hydrotalcite were determined by XRD,FTIR,SEM and TG-DTA.The results indicated that amino benzoate was successfully intercalated into the interlayer of hydrotalcite and the interlayer space increased from 0.76 nm to 1.55 nm.SEM photographs showed that the layer surface of the pillared hydrotalcite became rough and irregular.
