摘要
为辅助决策者合理评价以及选择道路横断面设计方案,与从交通规划层面宏观评价城市道路横断面设计的思想不同,从交通设计的微观层面入手,依据交通效益、交通安全性、土地使用效率和环保性四个准则,建立了较为实用和科学的评价指标体系;并对每个指标的确定方法进行了阐述。最后给出了算例。算例表明,该评价方法具有一定的科学性和实用性。
In order to help practitioners evaluate the outcome of cross-section design for urban road and select the best ones,a microcosmic evaluation methodology is adopted to evaluate the outcome of cross-section designs,differing from the old evaluation methodology which is macroscopically adopted in the process of transportation planning.Then,a set of evaluation indexes are formed,which can be classified into 4 categories,these are traffic efficiency,safety,land usage effectiveness,and environmental friendliness.Moreover,an example is given to illustrate how to use the new evaluation methodology.
