Effects of Energy and Protein Levels on Growth Performance of Finishing Pig

摘要 为研究不同能量和蛋白质水平对PIC育肥猪生产性能的影响,选取约50 kg的PIC生长猪80头,随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H 8组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验按2×4设计,试验日粮为玉米-豆粕型颗粒饲料,两个蛋白质水平分别为15.0%和16.0%,4个代谢能水平分别为12.77、12.87、12.98、13.19 MJ·kg-1。试验期为23 d。结果表明,F组增重率和平均日增重均最高,分别达到41.32%和0.88 kg;H组增重率、平均日采食量和平均日增重均最低,分别只有34.05%、2.00 kg和0.72 kg;就单因子考虑,16.0%蛋白质水平的效果要略优于15.0%,12.87 MJ·kg-1的代谢能水平在4种能量水平中效果最佳。结果表明,在本研究中PIC育肥猪的最适蛋白和代谢能水平分别为16.0%和12.87 MJ·kg-1。 To study the effect of energy and protein levels on growth performance of PIC finishing pig, 80 PICfinishing pigs were selected and randomly divided into eight groups (A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H), and supplementedwith corn-soya meal(the ME levels were 12.77,12.87, 12.98, 13.19 MJ. kg-1 and the protein levels were 15.0% and16.0% respectively). The trial last for 23 days. The results showed that the weight gain rate and ADG in group Fwere the best, reached at 41.32% and 0.88 kg respectively. The weight gain rate, ADFI and ADG in group H werethe worst, they were only reached at 34.05%, 2.00 kg and 0.72 kg respectively. The protein level of 15.0% and theME level of 12.87 MJ. kg-1 were better under a single factor in consideration. In summary, the best ME and proteinlevel for PIC finishing pig were 12.87 MJ. kg-1 and 16.0% respectively.
