摘要
自2008年经济危机爆发以来,全球各经济体均受到了不同程度的冲击,欧美国家"再工业化"战略的实施,加之劳动力生产成本的相对上升、能源原材料价格的不断上涨、对产品标准日趋严格的市场准入等国际国内形势,恶化了中国制造业的国际竞争环境。文章通过对中国贸易竞争力指数的测度,分析再工业化及其他因素对其产生的可能影响,提出相应的对策建议:深度参与国际分工、加强自主创新能力建设、积极参加国际规则的制定,并利用生产者服务业的创新形成与制造业的融合,最终促进制造业竞争力的提升。
With the outbreak of the economic crisis in 2008,global economies are suffering various degrees of impact. Under such circumstance,the promoting of re-industrialization strategy in America and EU was released. Meanwhile,the increase in relative labor cost and energy price,strict enforcement of product regulations to market access emerges. These changes worsen off the competitive environment of China’s manufacture. Therefore,the competitiveness indexes are measured based on new released data,and influence of re-industrialization and other factors are positively analyzed. In order to strengthen the competitiveness,some suggestions are listed：participation in deep and wide international division of labor,establishment of self-dependent innovation,formulation of international regulation and reconciliation of manufacture and producer services.
