Huizhou Urban and Rural Governance Evolution from the Perspective of Political Culture

中国传统政治文化,发轫于夏商周,源远流长历经数千年,近现代以来虽历经种种冲击,但对于当代中国政治文化的发展仍影响深远。当今,徽州地区传统政治文化的发展也迫切需要日益融入更加积极的文化成分和观念要素,并找到与徽州政治发展现状相容并能有效促进中国政治持续发展的政治文化。这就要求政治文化的构建拥有足够的政策文化基础,从而能构建稳定而明确的体系文化。徽州地区理性面对传统政治文化并从中寻求支持,是构建当今在城乡基层治理中政治文化的重要途径。

Originated from Xia,Shang and Zhou,Chinese traditional political Culture has a long history,has gone through mang shocks in modern times,and still has a great effect on potilical and cultural development of contemporary China. Nowadays,its development also has an urgent need to become more integrated into active cultural elements and the concepts, and its political culture is compatible with Huizhou political development status and can effectively promote the sustainable development of China politics.Thus,it requires the constuction of political culture to have enough policy culture foundation,so as to construct stable and specific system culture. Huizhou area rationally faces the traditional political culture and seeks the support,which is an important way to construct the political culture in urban and rural grass-roots governance.
