摘要
以2003~2012年在川高校教育部人文社科基金思想政治教育课题立项情况为研究对象,统计分析立项课题层次和全国占比、课题量年度变化趋势及各具体研究方向获批课题比例、各层次高校立项课题量排名及原因等,结果表明:在川高校十年间立项课题总数虽然位居全国前列,但近年来呈下滑态势;省属普通本科院校数量较多,立项课题总量最大,具有绝对优势;立项课题以解决思政教育和管理工作的现实问题为主,鲜见思政教育理论方面的研究;各高校思政教育专业研究方向、研究机构的设置,研究队伍素质和科教融合的程度等是影响课题立项的主要因素。
Focusing on the status quo of ideological and political education projects initiated by the colleges and universities in Sichuan Province from 2003 to 2012 and supported by Humanities and Social Sciences Fund of China's Ministry of Education, the paper makes a statistical analysis of such indexes as the hierarchies, domestic quantitative proportion, annual variation trend of these projects, proportions for the projects approved in different research orientations, ranks of the quantities of projects by the colleges and universities at all levels and the causes; the paper then presents the distribution characteristics of these ideological and political education projects and their existing problems. The result indicates that though the quantity of ideological and political education projects initiated by the colleges and universities in Sichuan Province in the recent 10 years ranks top on a nation scale, there is an obvious tendency in the quantity of these projects. Among provincial ordinary undergraduate ones is great, and falling the colleges and universities, the number of the their projects account for the largest portion of the total. Most projects gives priority to solving the real problems in ideological and political education and management while the research on ideological and political education theory is rare. The level of discipline construction in respect of ideological and political education research direction of different colleges, research institutions, quality of research teams, etc. are dominant factors that influence the approval and initiation of the projects.
