TC4零件铣削加工残余应力自平衡前值的测量及其有限元分析 被引量:20

Measurement of the Residual Stress Induced by Milling in TC4 Workpiece before Self-Balancing and Its FEA

摘要 对TC4材料的条状零件进行侧铣加工,其加工表面会产生一残余应力层。通过对零件的应力层进行腐蚀剥层,测量此过程中零件挠度的变化,运用逆向思维由底层的应力值和挠度的变化逐步反推上层的应力值,最终得到应力自平衡前的分布情况,排除了零件尺寸和形状因素的影响。基于此应力值可以较准确预测不同尺寸和形状的零件因加工残余应力而产生的变形。运用有限元模拟分析进一步验证了此方法的正确性。 Flank milling was used to machine TC4 workpiece, and there would be high residual stress induced by milling in the superficial layer of the workpiece. The stress layer was corroded gradually and the changes of workpiece's bending deflection were measured during the corrosion process. With converse thinking, the residual stress of the upper layers was calculated based on the residual stress of the bottom layers and the changes of the bending deflection, and the stress value before self-balancing was obtained, so it ruled out the factors of the workpiece's size and shape. The deformation of workpiece with different sizes and shapes can be predicted accurately based on the stress value. The correctness of the method was verified by Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
