我国高等职业教育资源配置现状及优化对策

Resources Allocation Situation of Higher Vocational Education in China and Its Optimization Strategies

随着高职教育内涵建设的不断深入,高职教育投入规模大幅增加,但仍存在资源投入不足,地区性差异大,资源配置方式单一,资源利用率偏低等问题。为此,应建立政府、行业企业、社会力量多元参与的经费资源筹措体系;充分发挥市场的基础性作用,盘活高等职业教育资源;积极开展校企合作,搭建资源共享平台;加强高职院校内部管理,提高资源利用效率,以最终实现高等职业教育资源优化配置。

With the deepening of connotation development of higher vocational education, the investment on higher vocational education has increased greatly. However, it also faced with the problems of shortage of resources, big regional difference, singleness of resources allocation mode, and low efficiency of resources application. Therefore, it should try to build the financial raising system participated by government, industries and social forces, build resources sharing platform, strengthen inside management with the aim of enhancing resources application efficiency.
